I like supporting local and family run companies anyway, and then on top of that they were amazing. They not only replaced the part that broke, but they also cleaned up my laptop and it runs so much faster now. I love that they took the extra time to make sure everything was perfect. I would recommend them to anyone.

A week ago our oldest daughter dropped her phone on the way home from school and the screen cracked. It was usable but falling apart. After calling around, not only did Toltech offer the best price for the new screen replacement, they were the nicest and most helpful/friendly of the places we called. They needed to order the proper screen, so set up an appointment to fix the phone this week when the part would be in. We took the phone in today, and it was great. They took my cell phone number to call when it was done and with their location just off State Street in North Provo we headed over to the University Mall while we waited.We barely started looking around when they called and informed us the phone was ready. We ran back to the car and back to Toltech. Toltech was fast, the new screen looks great, and the price was right on their estimate and much less than other places quoted for similar repairs. While we won't be breaking anything on purpose to go visit Toltech, we certainly will use them in the future with any of our phone/tablet/computer repair issues.
