  Michelle worked at another Allstate agency prior to joining my team in 2013. She loves helping families in Provo and its surrounding areas learn to safeguard their loved ones and assets. Michelle spends most of her time away from the office enjoying the outdoors; she loves biking, spending time with her family at Bear Lake and hiking at Zion National Park.

  Kathryn Vanderpool

  Kathryn has worked for Ryan since 2020 and loves helping our great customers. She is pursuing a Marriage and Family Studies degree through Brigham Young University-Idaho while working full-time for Ryan. She is passionate about helping people prepare for some of their worst days with the right auto, home, and life insurance. In her spare time, Kathryn enjoys finding new restaurants in the Orem, UT area and spending time with her husband and daughter. Her ultimate goal is to help others feel known and important; she looks forward to meeting you!

  Josh Ireland

  Josh joined our team as one of our college interns in April 2021! He is currently attending Brigham Young University in Provo studying business and law! He recently returned from a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints mission in Trujillo, Peru and is one of our Spanish speakers! As a licensed agent, Josh is energetic and eager to help you find coverage that is tailored to you and your family’s needs! Josh specializes in car insurance, home insurance, motorcycle insurance, and umbrella policies. Outside of the office, he also has a passion for sports including basketball, football, volleyball, pickle-ball, and spike ball. He enjoys going to the gym, traveling to parks (including Arches National Park, and Zions National Park), boating at Flaming Gorge Reservoir, listening to music, and spending time with his family.

  Kaylie Morgan

  Retention Specialist

  Kaylie recently started working with Ryan. She's lived in Utah her whole life and served a mission for the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Washington. Kaylie enjoys spending time with her large family and enjoys the Utah snow. Kaylie previously has a background in Dentistry but has loved learning the ins and outs of insurance. Kaylie and her husband enjoy trying new recipes together and she's excited to help people navigate and understand their insurance needs. She looks forward to helping serve our community with their car insurance, home insurance, condo insurance and motorcycle insurance.

  Paiton is in her senior year at Utah Valley University, where she will be graduating this spring. Originally from Las Vegas, she has a deep appreciation for the outdoors and enjoys spending time outside, whether snowboarding at Sundance, hiking in the scenic Wasatch Mountains, running, or visiting a new national park, like Zions National Park. She also loves spending time with her family at Bryce Canyon and Cedar City, Utah. Paiton is passionate about spending time with her family, including her beloved cats. Paiton values building genuine connections and enjoys helping the community with their auto, homeowners, and condo insurance needs. She strives to provide thoughtful guidance to help customers feel confident and secure in their coverage choices.

Born and raised in Utah, she enjoys its many outdoor activities in her free time. She especially loves skiing in the Wasatch Mountains and boating at Deer Creek and Lake Powell. She also enjoys ice skating and often visits the Provo Peaks Ice Arena.
